- Provider attendance entails a commitment to participate in meetings with technology companies (up to eight meetings per provider executive). Meetings are 12 minutes each and are scheduled successively, from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm on Wednesday, September 6, 2023.
- Meetings are an essential piece of Home Care Tech. If any scheduled meetings do not take place due to “provider absence", providers will be subject to the regular provider attendance fee of $1,500 per person (minus any fee paid upon initial registration).

On or before August 8, 2023: You can appoint a substitute executive, carry over your registration to the 2023 HCT*, or receive a refund less a $100 service fee.
Between August 9 - 29, 2023: 60% of your registration fee will be carried over as a credit toward the 2023 HCT*.
On or after August 30, 2023: Your registration fee will not be carried over, and you will not receive a refund.
* Registration fees can only be carried over to the 2023 HCT.
